About the Job

We’re looking for mothers who stepped into both parental roles and served as the primary father figure while raising their sons. Whether by circumstance, choice, or necessity, these women carried the weight of guidance, protection, and leadership while raising boys into young men. We want to explore what that experience looked like in real, everyday life and how it shaped the relationship they have today. We’re especially interested in mothers and sons who are: - Navigating dual roles in the household - Providing stability, structure, and emotional support - Making hard decisions and showing up consistently - Passing down life lessons - Work ethic, responsibility, and resilience - Respect, accountability, and independence - What it means to grow into adulthood and take care of yourself and others - Showing up in moments often associated with fatherhood - Teaching practical skills, problem solving, and self-reliance - Encouraging confidence, leadership, and decision-making - Having tough conversations and setting boundaries - Reflecting on the journey together - Sacrifices made along the way - Pride in the person their son has become - Challenges they faced and how they moved through them We’re looking for authentic dynamics, not perfection. Whether you stepped into this role from the beginning or over time, your story matters. This is about strength, adaptability, and the powerful role mothers can play when they become the steady father figure in a son’s life.
